The Most Important Part Of Article Marketing - Getting Your Articles Read!

Using articles as a method of marketing is all well and good, but there really isn't any point if your article does not get the exposure to drive traffic to your site. Of course you will still gain from backlinks by the article sites that accept your article, but you will be missing out hugely from the publishers looking to pick up informative and interesting articles from these sites to syndicate on their own.

There are many people that dread having to write articles, and this may have a large part to play in the poor end product. Rushing to the end of an article by writing the same content reworded is certainly not the way to go if you want to fulfill the potential that your article could have on readers.

Similarily, to some people, reading articles seems like to much hard work too, and this is especially the case if the article they are reading is boring and bland.

So how do you make an article interesting to read?

You should write an article about something that you feel passionate about and have an avid interest it. This will give you the best possible opportunity to write an informative article as writing is unquestionable easier when it is something that you already know as second nature and enjoy discussing. Here are a few tips to get you started on writing your article so that it gets read in its entirety:

1) Use short paragraphs that provide a fact or a valuable piece of information for the reader. Often when authors write articles, they get so wrapped up with what they are trying to say that the sentence rambles on. This may result in the sentence or paragraph becoming quite confusing and difficult to read

2) Use numbers and bullets to highlight the key points, tips, or guides. This will indicate to the reader where the key points of the article are, and will also make the points easier to digest and remember.

3) Use a title to the article that is attention-grabbing. If your title is enticing and grabs the readers' attention in some way, you are already half-way in getting a person to read the entire article.

4) If possible, use real life situations that can be adopted by the reader. Use good descriptions and metaphors to drive in your point. Graphic metaphors and similes would make it easier for the reader to imagine what it is you are talking about.

5) If there are any facts and figures that you can use in your topic, then do so. Using specific facts can heighten your article because it makes it authoritative. However, blend these facts into the article lightly rather than being too formal.

Here I've highlighted a few points that you can follow the next time you write an article, although there are many things that contribute to the success of your article marketing efforts.

Article Marketing is a Digital Cash Cow

One of the newest ways to draw traffic to a website is by an internet marketing technique known as Article Marketing.

There are three things that assist a website in being successful, popularity, navigation, and content. Navigation is in the hands of the Webmaster. Whereas popularity and content is the responsibility of the website owner. Article marketing helps these last to two to excel. The internet is controlled by search engines and they are information junkies. And like any junkie they are forever in pursuit of a new fix. Knowing how to take an article and distribute it to your advantage is a present day necessity. Because when a search engine gets high on some content it rewards its owner by promoting a websites ranking which generates the ever welcome organic (free) traffic. And traffic is the life supporting blood of internet prosperity.

Article marketing needs obviously articles to operate. Unlike articles one might find in newsstands and magazines internet content has specific requirements to have any real value. Since search engines locate information requests from internet users by using a system utilizing keywords internet articles must incorporate keywords into the body of written content.

Understanding how to create articles with the proper amount of keyword density is not accidental. If one has not taken the time to research this needed article marketing requirement they should seriously consider hiring professional writers to accumulate needed content. Placing articles void of this keyword density necessity on their websites or to Article directory's do so in vain.

One key components of article marketing is the submitting of content to Article Directories. There are hundreds if not thousands of these type of directories on the internet. These directories act as a source for website owners to find fresh content for their own websites or newsletter. The more directories one submits there articles to the more exposure a website gets. Search engines favor large sites when indexing. By having an article in directories the search engines will visit your website more frequently. And if the content pleases the expectations of the search engines it will improve where you rank with other websites promoting the same services or products.

When submitting to Article Directory's each article is usually allowed to include an author's resource box. This resource box is another important area to understand to make article marketing meaningful. The resource box allows the reader to know who wrote the article and how to find them if so desired. Because of copy write laws it must be included anywhere the article is placed on the internet. In this resource box an anchor texted URL is placed in it which not only makes it easy for the reader to click to your site but when placed on another website creates a back link. As the article is used more and more on the internet these back links start to increase the popularity of a website. At least thats how the search engines will register these numerous locations. When submitting articles to directories be sure to use different formats. Experiment to see which type of format is generating clicks. Good article marketing requires intelligent labor.

To run a successful article marketing campaign one must be consistent and quality conscious. When you first start a campaign consider submitting at least one article a day. This will quickly increase back links. After the first month you can slow down a bit but never stop. Article marketing succeeds because of its creating a viral effect. It behaves like the well known pyramid game. An article once it spreads starts to create back links in an ongoing exponential fashion.

However, the more it appears the less value it has with the search engines. Nevertheless even though its value for improving search engine ranking diminishes it still grows in value for generating traffic. Another thing to be sure to do is proof read the articles before submitting them. Good article marketing needs good grammar too. The better your article appears the more credibility it will get. And the more credible the more readers will trust the source.

Article marketing can be very time consuming because you will want to spread your articles to as many article directories as possible this will suck up a lot of time. This dilemma can be resolved a couple of ways. One way is to engage the services of businesses that specialize in doing this for you. This will save you time but many of these services ,the better ones, can be pricey. Another way is to purchase software that is designed to submit articles. Normally they have hundreds of directories catalogued in there application. Many directories have automated receiving plug-ins that will automatically except submissions. However, many don't allow automatic submission from software devices. So mix it up. Submit your articles to the major directories personally then use the software to contact the rest. Regardless of how you decide to run your article marketing efforts be sure you do it. Article marketing is a time proven benefit to engage in if you wish to increase traffic to a website. And we all know another word for traffic is Money. The more traffic your article marketing generates is the more money you'll be stuffing in your virtual pockets.

The Naked Truth about Turn Words into Traffic!

A highly respected person in the internet marketing circle who accomplished much success with little or no expenditure is Jim Edwards.

Jim shows how he became successful in his "how-to" informational products that prove you really don't need a lot of money in order to make great profits or be successful..

One of the products I'm referring to is his "Turn Words into Traffic" E-book!

Most Marketers, if they have been in the business for any period of time, realize that if you do not spend your money on advertising you will make up for it with your time!

I found that Edwards doesn't just tell you to write articles, he honestly gives you a step-by-step process that shows you how to save time advertising. His method brings in targeted traffic to your website as claimed.

One notable downside to Turn Words into Traffic is that not all people can write good articles and if you happen to be one of these people, you may feel like you are getting a raw deal right off the bat. In other words, the E-book will not benefit you!

Although Jim did state and show us how we can get someone else to write articles for us, a ghost-writer, he never covered how to overcome the negative mindset that holds people back from writing. He more or less showed us how to get around this issue.

Than again, Jim's purpose in this E-book is to show a person some formulas for writing articles and how to use what that person has written to get targeted traffic to their site.

The bottom line is, can some one truly show another individual how not to be intimidated?

I'll have to admit I wasn't one to write articles either. I felt intimidated to a degree but still found that after trying this formula I had nothing to fear. The articles I've written took on a life of their own thanks to other marketers and the ezines that circulated them.

I guess Edwards' track record impressed me the most. That's one of the main reasons I bought this E-book. He is a professional writer who writes a column for an online publication and he has his own ezines and newsletter that grabbed my attention. Jim continuously produces articles that help him be successful and that's all I'm striving to become
By using his method. I noticed a distinct difference in traffic flux by almost 286% and a 49% increase in affiliate sales since I started using his system!

I've tested it for the last 8 weeks by writing and submitting articles, reviews, and reports in the manner Jim suggested and where he said would give me the most bang for the effort. Then I stopped doing so a couple of times and the change in traffic flow and profits moved back to a slow trickle.

I also noticed my reputation or credibility escalated because people email me all the time asking about certain products I recommend and they end up purchasing one of the products.

I never knew viral marketing would have such a great impact on my sales or revenue, especially something that saves me money and time. The E-book is only $39.00. That's not much to spend on a product that produces real traffic. Good targeted traffic that buys is hard to come by these days!

As I stated earlier, the only downside or drawback I've seen so far with this product is that if you cannot write articles you may shy away form this good resource and lose the opportunity to get a steady stream of traffic to your site. This can truly hinder your success as a marketer.

Jim gives 3 or 4 formulas to writing articles where anyone can turn out a highly viral asset.

Before I forget to tell you, this E-book comes with 4 bonuses that are just as valuable as the E-book itself!

I feel the author over-delivers on this product which is great for anyone who buys and uses it. Jim not only fulfilled his promise to show us how to get targeted traffic to our websites, he gave us a how-to guide that also gives us a set strategy we can use that works.

If you are looking for a good, cheaper way to gain lots of targeted traffic and credibility without getting into the traffic schemes, try "Turn Words into Traffic".

What do you have to lose? He gives you a 30 day guarantee so you can get your money back if you don't like it!

Article may be freely distributed in newsletters, ezines, or sites providing the content is not sold or altered. If distributed, link and resource box must be included.

There are a couple of differences to take note of, however. The free service gives you access to the STST. The way that overture will make a profit here, since the service is free, is by selling you the best key words. There's nothing wrong with that...everybody has to make a profit to stay in business.
